Celebrating the Season with Sally’s Seafood on the Water

Restaurant Patio

Thanksgiving may be the foodie holiday of the year, but that doesn’t mean we can hold out on eating until then. And since we must all eat, why shouldn’t we be feasting on fresh, flavorful, and seasonal dishes? Sally’s Seafood on the Water agrees and is honoring the change of the seasons with a special “Celebrate Fall” menu to warms the body as well as the heart with three courses of culinary expertise. Did we mention that this menu is accompanied by optional beer pairings for each course?

From November 4th-November 30th, visit Sally’s and celebrate fall with three courses of fine seasonal cuisine and optional beer pairings from some of the region’s most notable breweries. The first course serves up a sampling of the sea with the Pepper Seared Scallop; this dish features a brioche crisp, Bosc pear relish, and celery root puree. And to wash it all down, enjoy the Mission Blonde. The main course is a hearty rendition of seasonal comfort food; the Braised Beef Shortribs is served with roasted bone marrow, Brussels sprout strudel, wild mushrooms, and a porter reduction. Complementing this dish is the Ballast Point Black Marlin Porter. Sally’s knows that no meal is really complete without dessert, and so they go all out with their Banana Mousse and Chocolate Cake. This delightful plate of decadence comes with praline gelato and vanilla cream—we fully intend to enjoy it with the recommended Lightning Thunderweizen.

Visit Sally’s Seafood on the Water this November and revel in the changing of the seasons with their “Celebrate Fall” menu. This three-course meal costs $35 per person, with optional beer pairings for an additional $10. This menu will be offered from November 4th-November 30th, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day. November is fast approaching and our stomachs are already growling for this menu, so we’ll see you there!
