Sushi Samba wants to give you some sushi and sake know-how with their new SUSHI & SAKE 101 class. Master both the art of making and tasting sake. The class includes explanations of the different types of sake, including its' history and production methods, with a chance to taste five appertivos with sake. Learn how to choose sushi-grade fish, find out what tools you need to make sushi at home, and gain insider sushi-making tips from a Sushi Samba chef. The best part: you get to make, and of course eat, your own sushi roll! Throughout the class participants will sip and snack on an array of both cold and hot sakes, edamame, tempura, sashimi, and sushi. While classes are held at all locations, you must call ahead to find out specific dates and times. Make sure to sign up in advance because space is limited.
