New and Improved Corvette Diner Now Open: Papa's Got a Brand New Bag

Dust off your poodle skirt and bobby socks because June 22nd is the grand opening of Corvette Diner’s new Liberty Station location.  The new Corvette’s now boasts three themed dining rooms, a full bar, and the 5,000 square foot Gamer’s Garage arcade that all add to the retro fun of this San Diego family dining institution.  Fans of the original Corvette Diner won’t be disappointed: the restaurant stays true to its classic American diner fare, doo-wop soundtrack, and sassy wait staff, but in a location that gives everyone more room to play.
