An Organic Free Range Duck Breast is the third course, accompanied by the dark red fruit flavors of the 6th Sense Syrah. For the fourth course, guests will delight in the Braised Short Rib escorted by the silky smooth tastes of the Petite Petit. For dessert, the Lemon Black Pepper Olive Oil Cake with roasted figs, fig jam, and crème fraiche is melodiously matched by the caramelized sugar of the Earthquake Zin Gastrique.
