We are from Sicily where food is an integral part of our culture. Remembering the aromas and flavors of our traditions, we offer you authentic Sicilian cuisine. Our pizza, cooked to perfection in a wood-burning oven, is prepared with homemade starter yeast (lievito madre) with the best select flours and grains. All of our chefs are from Sicily. We use all organic, sustainable, local ingredients and authentic, natural, products imported from Italy. Our aim is to prepare typical and traditional dishes with the freshest ingredients and give you a culinary taste and atmospherical window into our homeland. Buon Appetito!

Located in the Stove Works, a turn of the century industrial metal works building, Rathbun's is a restaurant not to be missed. Owner and Chef Kevin Rathbun's interpretation of modern American cuisine is worldly, with a menu that incorporates influences from around the globe.
