Our restaurant offers authentic Hungarian recipes, prepared in the time-honoured traditions of the Hungarian kitchen… by Hungarian and Transylvanian chefs. We are a family owned business, first opening our doors in September 2017 and have been blessed to have landed here in the arms of such a beautiful and supportive community. Owner and Head Chef Sang Tran, originally from Toronto, Canada began his curiosity of food very early on having trained in Lyon, France and Sicily, Italy. The journey continued across the globe before landing in Melbourne and setting up several restaurants across various locations.
