Cooking Instructions

Heat up a large frying pan. Add oil. Add cumin, onions, garlic, ginger. Sauté for 4 minutes on medium heat. Add tomato, chilies and all spices. Cook on low/medium heat for 5 minutes. Add chicken and saffron water.  Stir well and cook for about 10 minutes on low heat. Add rice, raisins, almonds, cilantro, and almonds. Cover with a tight lid and cook for 15 minutes on low heat or until rice is cooked. Sprinkle with rose water, saffron, cilantro, almonds and raisins.

For garnish: rose water, saffron, cilantro almonds and rasins
