Cooking Instructions

Heat up a large frying pan. Add oil. Add cumin, onions, garlic, ginger. Sauté for 4 minutes on medium heat. Add tomato, chilies and all spices. Cook on low/medium heat for 5 minutes. Add chicken and saffron water.  Stir well and cook for about 10 minutes on low heat. Add rice, raisins, almonds, cilantro, and almonds. Cover with a tight lid and cook for 15 minutes on low heat or until rice is cooked. Sprinkle with rose water, saffron, cilantro, almonds and raisins.

For garnish: rose water, saffron, cilantro almonds and rasins

1 large onion, finely chopped 12 piece(s) 1-inch sized chicken breast 1 chopped green chili 1 pinch saffron (keep it in a little warm water) 2 tsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. fresh chopped ginger 1 1/2 tsp. garam masala 1/2 tsp. salt 1 fresh lime 2 piece(s) fresh garlic, chopped 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped 1 C. basmati rice (uncooked) 1/3 C. golden raisins 1/2 bunch(es) chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 C. sliced almonds
