Bring 4 quarts of water to boil and add salt. Place frozen tortellini into boiling water for 2 1/2 minutes. In a medium pan, heat sauce, then add cream and vodka and stir gently. Drain tortellini and gently toss with sauce. Serve, topping each serving with parmesan.

2 oz. heavy cream
1 1/2 fl. oz. vodka
1/2 C. BelGioioso Parmesan, grated
