The owners of Peyote have a simple mission - to bring fresh, exciting and flavourful authentic Mexican cooking to the people of Low Fell and its environs. “We aim to demonstrate that Mexican food, good Mexican food, is not all chili and fajitas; it is fresh and vibrant and as hot as you want it to be - that is why we provide only table sauces made in Mexico! We want people to discover the different flavours of the various Mexican moles, or sauces, and taste the difference with our soft corn tacos.”

Stalida is a family-run taverna owned by the Truta family. Billy and Selena met on the island of Crete in the resort of Stalida on the northeast coast in 2001 and ran a seaside restaurant 'Maistrali' for eight years. Maistrali restaurant After returning to the UK in 2011 for their twins, Matthew and Alexander, to go to school, they whetted appetites with 'Billy Bites', a Greek takeaway serving gyros pittas, souvlaki and more...
