Mix the sauce with the vegetables in an oven proof skillet. Top with sausage, cheese and lobster and cover with puff pastry. Brush with egg and bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until hot and lobster is cooked.

1 Tbsp. Portuguese Sausage, diced
1 Tbsp. Boursin Cheese
1 each Puff Pastry Circle
