23+ year old Italian Restaurant in a stand-alone building with an outdoor patio with producing merlot grape vines growing on the trellises, a large three-tier fountain, and a more private rear terrace/sun room (for up to 16 guests). The patio includes an open-top as well as semi-enclosed (3 sides and top), all with overhead heating units. Inside features a full-service bar, a 270 degree central fireplace, and all windows on two sides not looking towards the bar. The menu is predominantly Italian, with some American fare. Mauro Golmarvi, with over 25 years of experience as a chef, founded Assaggio Ristorante in 1993. As the owner, Golmarvi manages all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from menu development and execution, to staff training, budgeting, and serving as the restaurant's proud maitre d'. Golmarvi's role in the restaurant is that of a true host.
