Welcome to The Mess Room​ We are an intimate, independent, music loving bar, serving an ever-changing line up of craft beer, real ale, craft cocktails, wine and a wide range of small batch spirits. Welcome to The Masons - Restaurant & Bar. After a period of closure, The Masons was re-opened in June 2015 and is a lovely 200-year-old village pub. One half of the pub is set up as a restaurant to allow customers to enjoy relaxed dining, while the other side is more casual, offering customers a dog-friendly Snug bar but serving the same calibre food. ​We have a passion for great food made with fresh, local ingredients, and we aim to offer a good helping of excellent service to go with it!

Cask ales; fine wines; international lagers, beers and spirits; relaxed and friendly atmosphere; log fires; cosy courtyard; riverside views and grassed area; cured meats & cheeses served alongside all home made: cakes, brownies, pate, soups and our delicious stone baked pizzas (pizzas served Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays) We allow dogs in our sheltered, heated courtyard, but not in the pub itself.
