Bone-In Rib Eye, Sicilian Style Recipe

Preheat broiler.

Mix breadcrumbs with parsley, chili peppers, salt and pepper. Stir in parmesan cheese until combined. Pour mixture into wide, shallow bowl or plate.

Drizzle olive oil over steak and brush or rub to lightly coat. Dip both sides of steak in breadcrumb mixture, pressing down so crumbs adhere to steak.

Cook steak under broiler for about 8 minutes, flip once, and cook for about 6 minutes more, until steak reaches desired doneness. Remove from broiler and let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
