Amelia Wynn Winery Bistro is an extension of vintner Paul Bianchi's passion of pairing food with Amelia Wynn wines. Under the direction of Chef Gulsidel Velázquez Ayala, the Bistro features Iberian Peninsula inspired cuisine, local and seasonal ingredients, and house made desserts.

The Summit House Restaurant is located at 6,872 feet at the top of the Mt. Rainier Gondola, on the northeast edge of Mt. Rainier National Park.

Our intimate farm house and surrounding grounds combine to create a picturesque site to enjoy some of the best food around. Chef Tad makes use of the freshest local and seasonal ingredients available, much of which is sourced from our own gardens. Three Sacks Full is a Seattle restaurant Pop-Up offering organic, affordable, and satisfying farm food.
